JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking an Account Manager to work with our sales team and external furniture dealers. This role is responsible for monitoring sales and outside rep performance and generating and distributing sales reports. The Account Manager will manage requests and fulfillment of sales support materials, including print and digital collateral, and communicate directly with reps and dealers. Role will also be responsible for scheduling and managing sales webinars, as well as meetings, email communications and surveys for our sales rep and dealer advisory boards.
The __ Account Manager’s _primary duties include but are not limited to: _
• Coordinate sales efforts with Compel sales representatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with sales reps, dealers and other influencers
• Generate and distribute sales reports from sales system
• Maintain contact database within CRM and other applications
• Interact and build relationships with vendors, partners and customers at appropriate events
• Provide support and assistance for other activities and duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-5 years in sales support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
• Familiarity with CRM or other marketing automation tool a plus
• Highly organized and detail orientation
• Effective time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Must be a dependable, flexible team player with the ability to multi-task
