This new year, we are in the positive position of massive growth and expansion. We currently require 5+ Brand Ambassadors to join our team within the coming weeks to help us launch our new year events.

As one of our Brand Ambassadors, your unflappable nature and personal approach will give our customers the confidence you'll get them the product or service that is just what they need.

Our Brand Ambassadors deal with people from all walks of life every single day, so you'll need to be able to build rapport with customers quickly, speak clearly and listen intently whilst working out how to solve problems to keep our customers happy.

The first point of contact for our customers, this is a role for the cool, calm and collected. You'll face plenty of challenges, from frustrated and upset customers to unexpected issues, so you'll need lots of patience and genuine empathy, but you'll also be the one who puts a smile back on our customers' faces. Again, and again and again – HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES TO RISE TO THE CHALLENGE?

TO BE A BRILLIANT BRAND AMBASSADOR YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Excellent communication skills – the ability to engage with anybody, anywhere, from all walks of life
• Initiative - a desire to learn about our customers, our client's products and our client's new technologies.
• Confidence – a personality that will welcome and engage our customers
• An eye for detail – to capture information accurately, follow processes
• Customer focus - deliver an excellent customer experience
• Self-motivated – can enthuse others and achieve performance targets
