    Full- Time Seasonal Second Shift position needed.

    Position Summary:

    The Front Office at Jiminy Peak is in the Country Inn and is “Customer Service Central” for the entire resort. Employees should be willing to provide unforgettable service to each guest they encounter. In part, this means Front Office employees should have knowledge of Jiminy and the different services and amenities we offer. The Operator is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing communications courteously, while maintaining a positive and professional image.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Answers all incoming calls with proper greeting in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
    • Utilize supplied telephone etiquette standards to assist in providing strong customer service.
    • Disperses all incoming calls to appropriate departments utilizing Mitel Contact client center.
    • Dispatches bell person, housekeepers, shuttle, and maintenance service employees in response to guest requests and follows up.
    • Uses SMS HOST to effectively communicate maintenance requests using the Work Order system.
    • Provides information regarding the hotel and mountain services utilizing internal resources such as dispatch report, website, brochure, ski report etc.
    • Provides driving directions and other concierge information to guests.
    • Remains current on groups and property events through function book and BEO’s.
    • Performs related services as requested by management.
    • Responds to website inquires and questions via customer engagement messaging software system. Provides follow-up to those requests to ensure guest satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Applicants must be 18 and older.
    • Must be available weekends and holidays.
    • Strong computer and typing skills.
    • Prior experience with multi-phone line system is a plus, but not required.
    • Customer service orientated and must possess a polite, strong phone presence.
