    Area Manager for 24-7 Hotel Management Corporate office located in Mt. Juliet TN

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to fill the position of Area Manager. The position would entail oversight of multiple hotel properties at our Middle TN locations. While experience is preferred, we are also willing to train the right person for the role. As the Area Manager, your primary responsibility will be directly supervising General Managers and providing support and resources to ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Promote the hotels’ policies and philosophies to associates and guests.

    • Ensure operational excellence for all hotels in the portfolio and provide support for hotels not meeting company expectations.

    • Ensure brand Quality Assurance compliance and approve action plans generated by the hotel.

    • Act as a liaison between General Managers and discipline coaches.

    • Select, develop, manage, and lead management team members.

    • Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures, and systems to improve business operations.

    • Provide leadership for annual marketing plans.

    Requirements:

    • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead with a hands-on approach.

    • Deep understanding and support of the organization's culture.

    • Willingness to travel.

    • Experience in multiple hotel brands leadership preferred, but not required.

    • Strong commitment to tasks and ability to achieve results.

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present ideas.

    • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.

    • Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.

    • Strong project management and prioritization skills.

    • Ability to work effectively in a team.
