24-HOUR MEDICAL STAFFING SERVICES, LLC is hiring experienced SURGICAL SERVICES - OR TECH / SURGICAL TECH  to join our growing team of healthcare professionals.

LOCATION: Sacramento, CA

PAYRATE: NEGOTIABLE START DATE: ASAP SHIFT: Day (10 Hours) 6:45 17:15 ASSIGNMENT; 13 weeks

DESCRIPTION:

Must have experience coming from a level I or level II trauma center that has a large number of operating rooms. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience if certified in a wide variety of complex surgeries; ortho, general, neuro. If not certified need to have a minimum of 3 years exp. The facility does a variety of ortho; broken extremities, arthroscopy, totals, and spines. Must be proficient in craniotomies. ENT: Head and neck cancer surgeries Required to have graduated from a formal education program that meets the minimum curriculum requirements of the “Core Curriculum for Surgical Technology® as defined by the Association of Surgical Technologists. Does not accept candidates who circumvent formal training, such as “on the job training”. Typically candidates graduate from a vocational training school or receive training in the military. All must be able to provide, on request, evidence of completion of formal training. REQUIRED Scrub 2-year minimum exp if certified, 3 if not certified. Ortho and Neuro Drills and saws. Laparoscopic Equipment, Arthroscopic, Float to Main OR as needed EOW availability PREFERRED Divinci Robot System NBSTSA Case Cart Decontaminize Sterilization Assembly/Wrap
