Shift Notes: Days EITHER - Mon-Thurs 8a-630p OR Tues-Fri 8a-630p **
Pay: $50 per hour**
Duration: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP **

License/Certification:**
Physical Therapist licensed to practice in the State of Oregon.
BLS is required within 30 days of hire. **
Experience:**
Clinical experience dealing with a broad base rehabilitation facility is preferred.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and in writing. **
Education:**
Must have graduated from an accredited program.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients ortho, post-CVA, debilitation post PNA
Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Outpatient
Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties Able to navigate laptop; learn new EMR
Scrub Color/Dress Code smart casual (i.e. khakis and polo, scrubs are ok)
