o 3/12's each week (13 weeks GWW; 1 cancellation allowed every 2 weeks)

o Candidate must be able to work all shifts assigned by the facility

• Rate: $40/hr
• Orientation: Safe patient handling class (SPH), Epic training, and 2 Day Unit orientation
• Required experience : 6 months experience in an sub-acute care facility w/trach and vent experience
  • This facility has a higher patient ratio of 1:15 – 1:22
• Location requirements : All clinicians/travelers at LCOM SACC need to have weekly Covid tests performed. This is required for all staff/contingent workers at LCOM and is in accordance with LA Public Health.
