Job Details:

• Specialty: Speech Path Coord

• Salary: $60.00 per hour / OT After 8 hrs $90 / $480 per shift / $2,400 weekly gross

• Location: Fontana, CA 92335

• Start Date: 03/18/2024

• Shift: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Experience performing Pediatric evaluation 18mos-school age, and some Adult dysarthria and aphasia.
• Mainly Pediatric evaluation experience.

License, Certification, Registration

• BLS (AHA)
• Covid-19 Vaccination and booster
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the
  American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) or has filed an approved plan for the Required
  Professional Experience (RPE).
