San Antonio, TX is hiring RNs! This is a Psych/Behavioral Health facility working with patients with intellectual disabilities.

Duties: Passing meds, assessments, charting, Patient Care, Overseeing LPNs

Need: Psych RN with minimum 1 year experience

Must have no past misdemeanors or past discipline on license

Location: San Antonio, TX

Length of Contract: 26 weeks

Start: 11/21 or 11/28

Pay: $45/HR 

Shifts: Day Shift: 630A-7P; Night Shift: 630P-7A with rotating weekends 

Job Duties:

• Work involves providing for the assessment, care and treatment of patients
• Perform computer data entry – Receive full training g
• Administers medications, immunizations, and treatment and observes individuals for unusual symptoms and reactions

Job Requirements for all candidates:

• Must be licensed RN and able to practice in Texas
• Preferably 1+ years as a direct care nurse
• Charge nurse or supervisory experience is preferred
• Experience needs to be hospital acute care, psychiatric or correctional setting
