What you will be doing:

• Selling a disruptive medical device to surgeons (Urology and Radiation Oncology)
• Working for a true start-up that is doing its first US expansion
• device is surgical and used for cancer treatment
• Covering NC/SC, prefer for the rep to be living in Charlotte
• open due to expansion

Compensation:

• $245k total OTE ($110k base and an additional $135 in commission UNCAPPED).
• Commission overage payout is 30%
• Top reps making over $400k

Expereince required

• 5 years of procedural-based medical device sales experience
• strong preference for someone who has launched a new product and challenged doctors to do something different
• Urology or Radiation Oncology is a plus
• Currently living and selling a medical device in the NC/SC market
