25m Health is a first-of-its-kind healthtech venture studio in partnership with LifePoint Health, Scion Health, and Apollo Global Management. We are focused on building companies from the ground up and investing in early-stage startups that offer innovative solutions that make communities healthier. Our platform marries an expansive clinical footprint with expert builders and operators so that we can effectively partner with aspiring entrepreneurs to accelerate their path to market. 25m Health's in-house platform team, based in Nashville and New York City, spans engineering (full-stack, security, data science), strategy (fundraising, product, research), design (UI/UX, branding, marketing), and back-office (hiring, legal, accounting, tax). And, most importantly, the ability to scale across LifePoint, Scion, and into the greater healthcare ecosystem.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a founder and future CEO to build a remote management startup for complex patients. You'll work closely with our team of experienced operators and LifePoint and Scion executives to validate new business ideas, leveraging our people, playbooks, process and network. We will provide you with the initial capital to get going, a vetted and researched problem space, support in the building process (UX, Engineering, Product, Marketing) and continued advice and guidance as you launch and scale the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Alongside the support of our team, you will be responsible for ideating, validating, and ultimately bringing this company to market:

• Taking our comprehensive research and preliminary business ideas and conducting a structured validation process with the help of our team
• Developing a deep understanding of the types of patients eligible for remote management and translating learnings into patient journeys and virtual-first care delivery models
• Building out pilots and driving decision-making around core product features and partners
• Developing a go-to-market strategy and executing upon it
• Building out and owning the company P&L to ensure financial targets are met and cash burn is managed
• Hiring A+ teammates
• Forming a view on whether to raise outside capital, and leading that process
• Taking the company from idea to unicorn!

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of experience working at an early stage healthtech startup in a leadership position
• Experience selling into health systems and payors
• Clinical experience preferred as a doctor or nurse practitioner
• Comfortable in the board room conversing with investors and interacting with patients
• Rigorous analytical thinker, action-oriented, radically accountable, and highly motivated and ready to wear many hats
• Research experience demonstrating clinical and economic efficacy of care delivery models is a plus
