About Ranger:

We're an AI centered startup on a mission to help manufacturers shorten their sales cycles so they can focus on building products. Our core customers are high technology producers that make more customized engineer-to-order parts.

Having incubated the company at 25Madison, we've managed to focus on building our product quickly by offloading the back office responsibilities to the studio. To date, we've secured our first customer and built a sellable MVP. This is where you'll come in. Our next phase is to separate from the venture studio and start up our own engineering team.

** Key Responsibilities**

• ** __**Partner closely with the CEO to create product roadmaps both near term and long term

• Grow the technical side of the company by hiring and developing talent

• Focus on building scalable software

• Integrate with sales focused products such as Salesforce

• Participate in customer feedback sessions to iterate and build in essential features to enable customer success

• Building and expanding the AI capabilities at the company

** _ ** Technical Skills/Requirements:_

• ** __**10 work exp with full stack dev capabilities
• Experience managing teams
• Experience creating product visions and roadmaps especially at startups
• Ability to integrate software with LLMs, OpenAI in particular
• Fluent in Python, SQL, javascript
• Worked with the following software (amazon s3, RDS postgress SQL)

Location : NYC during the initial months, potential for remote work in the future. **
Compensation:** $100,000 - $180,000 depending on experience, plus equity. _
