Job Description
KIPP Miami seeks an experienced High School Biology Teacher to design and deliver an advanced, college‑preparatory Biology program. The ideal candidate has a proven record teaching high school science and can lead courses such as Biology Honors, AP Biology, AICE Biology, IB Biology, and/or Dual Enrollment Biology in alignment with Miami‑Dade’s advanced academic offerings. Coursework will emphasize biotechnology and health sciences pathways, integrating career and technical education (CTE) strands (e.g., genetics, microbiology, biomedical research, anatomy & physiology, biotechnology laboratory practices, and health sciences). Students will engage in authentic, problem‑based learning tied to South Florida’s research hospitals, biotech industry, and public health sectors.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $55,550-$62,250, **** commensurate with experience.
