As an Operations Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of smooth and effective school operations. Your role involves being the first point of contact for families, students, and community members, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment in our main office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the school's operations, from managing communications to maintaining student files and supporting daily operational needs.

Additional Information
The salary range for this role is $45,000-$50,000. Salary ranges at KIPP are set based upon the role level and function using benchmarks in the education and non-profit sector and allow for growth within the role. Individual compensation within this range will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: relevant professional experience and qualifications; education, skills and training; and market conditions.
