    REQUIREMENTS

     

    • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3 -5 years of equivalent experience
    • Must have a reliable transportation to commute to/from work
    • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language
    • Pass a Background Check DOJ/FBI
    • Proof of immunization (TDap, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Polio, etc).
    • Negative results of TB test (valid within last 4 years)
    • Pass a Physical Screening by your physician
    • CPR/First Aid Certified
    • Ability to lift, pull, push 30 pounds without assistance
    • Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend over, crouch down, walk, sprint, sit for extended periods of time.
    • Type 50 WPM.
    • Have access to electronic communication (access to a computer, internet, and email)
    • Highly proficient skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    • Knowledge of wage and hour rules and regulations, with the ability to apply policies and regulations.
    • Be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
    • Be able to work without supervision (able to manage tasks, deadlines, etc.)
    • Be able to work with a team and open to suggestions and feedback

    JOB DUTIES

     

    • Answering and redirecting phone calls, messages, mail, and emails.
    • Walk and complete parts of client intake process
    • Walk and complete employee onboarding process and termination process
    • Collect and maintain employee documents with utmost confidentiality and security
    • Search and screen/interview possible job applicants
    • File/Copy/Scan/Fax/Label all needed client and employee files
    • Purchase and Stock all office supplies using company accounts
    • Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management
    • Work with the payroll manager or scheduling to verify payroll accuracy
    • Manage inventory and keep track of all
    • Set up/maintain office environment (ensure conference room/kitchen/filing areas are clean and stocked)
    • Keep management updated on important issues regarding clients and caregivers
    • Create, maintain, and distribute monthly reports and records
    • Communication with clients and employees
    • Ability to execute active listening and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service
    • Communicate efficiently and effectively
    • Perform other duties as assigned

     

    -------- THE POSITION IS A FULL-TIME POSITION --------- Salary/Hourly Rate: $18-$22/hour Location: Sherman Oaks, CA, and this opportunity is 100% IN-OFFICE, No Remote Work, NOT a Hybrid position. HOURS: Monday-Fridays 7:50am-4:50pm
