Three core areas of assistance: 1. Guest Experience *a. Post clean inspection/ready units for Guest arrival *b. Record/report back clean and/or unit issues * i. Create new tasks in booking management platform *c. Facilitate Guest requests: * i. Submit maintenance tickets * ii. Delivery/pick up of items 2. Unit Onboarding/Maintenance *a. Shopping/running errands *b. Utility set up/help with furniture delivery coordination *c. Creating/updating online listings *d. Inventory oversight 3. Office Support *a. Update booking platforms/sites *b. Ongoing utility expense review *c. Accounting entry *d. Online research Key Attributes: dependable, keen attention to detail, efficient, organized, self-directed, able to work under pressure, computer savvy. Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative, hospitality, or project coordinator role preferred Tech Skills: proficient in MS Office and experience in web based applications a plus.
