Second Foundation Software is based out of Hackensack, New Jersey. We sell 'Out-of-Box' and 'Custom-built' software solutions to Fashion (Apparel, Accessories and Footwear) industry, Private/Public Warehouses and 3rd Party Logistics Provides (3PL). Our client base consists of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises who use our flagship ERP Software called- Axiom on a Public or Private Cloud or as an In-house Installation. As Implementation & Training Specialist, you must have an ERP software implementation and training background, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As implementation expert your role will include delivering new software installation and services to our new and existing customers. Customer service, Incident management, Security & Software Configuration, Training, and Documentation are the key elements of this position. This position will also include on-site installation, implementation & training in tristate area. You must possess interpersonal skill with high level of professionalism. What We're Looking For: * On-site and Remote Software installation and configuration. * Onboard new Clients and Carry-out training. * Outline and implement initiatives to improve client experience and increase satisfaction. * Identify customer needs and opportunities during the training process to improve their business process. * Document training and customer support outcomes, lessons learned and next steps for post-training. * Work closely with development team and help in testing client deliverables. * Willing to travel in the Tri-state area. Skillset Required: * College Graduate - Computer Science or Business Degree preferred * Prior Software implementation and Training experience is a must * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational and task management skills. * Ability to understand and document customer business and technical support incidents. * Knowledge and experience of EDI is a big plus. * Understanding of software development, databases and computer networking * Ability to work independently on projects while also adhering to assigned schedules and deadlines. * Team Player with a positive attitude.
