    Job Description

    SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The role of Marketing in 2nd.MD is two-fold: to support the company's growth and revenue goals and to protect and promote a consistent brand. As a trusted business advisors, the marketing group functions as an integrated team providing comprehensive marketing support to all business segments and regions through well planned and executed marketing campaigns.

    The position focuses on delivering innovative programs supporting the markets and managing and measuring the effectiveness of all marketing activities. Successful candidates must demonstrate business acumen, relevant experience with core marketing strategy and execution, excellent project management, communication and team skills.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Key support in the delivery of the marketing plan and all its elements and tactics within agreed timelines and budgets.
    • Coordinate and liaise with marketing colleagues as required to deliver campaigns and programs
    • Support the Creative Director and team with the delivery of client events.
    • Liaise with the marketing team for brand and process alignment.
    • Actively support stakeholders during project execution and deliver to their needs, with a sense of urgency and accountability
    • Communicate across the team, departments and external vendors to coordinate creative requests and deliveries

    GRAPHIC DESIGN EXPERIENCE:

    • Developing print related marketing.
    • Designing graphic solutions.
    • Assisting in planning photo shoots.
    • Research in the form of: color theory, font families, building print techniques, new production processes
    • Production artistry: build physical and print ready digital mechanicals, photo compositing and color correction
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in marketing or equivalent preferred.
    • Relevant marketing experience is essential, ideally gained within a professional services or a B2B environment.
    • Experience prioritizing work; demonstrated project management skills, successfully managed multiple projects, produced quality deliverables on time and within budget
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships at all levels
    • Flexible worker with the ability to self-direct tactical responsibilities
    • Synthesizes direction, navigates ambiguity and prioritizes actions from a variety of stakeholders
    • Works efficiently and effectively under pressure in an environment of continuous improvement
    • Diligent listening skills and succinct, focused written and verbal communication skills

    • This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and filing cabinets.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.  

    • This is a full-time position, and general hours of work and days are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m with some days being 10:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m.
