    Job Description

    The Digital Marketing Specialist will work to initiate effective marketing campaigns online, and to translate business goals into successful digital marketing campaigns. You will help develop the strategy used in marketing 2nd.MD services online. This is done by putting together various digital promotions and e-mail campaigns to get our company's message out, and by performing research to discover other ways of reaching our audiences on digital platforms. The role assists with development, coordination & execution of brand-level digital marketing strategies across a variety of engagement channels including our website, social media, SEO/SEM, SMS, engagement-based email, and our mobile app. You will analyze performance and identify optimizations to achieve 2nd.MD engagement goals, and you will partner cross-functionally (tech, innovation, account management, sales) to ensure consistency and best practices in developing the strategy and execution of our digital properties to effectively increase 2nd.MD brand awareness and consult utilization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement digital marketing strategies 
    • Assist in building out email campaigns
    • Manage the execution and deployment of email campaigns on behalf of 2nd.MD and 2nd.MD client groups 
    • Develop content for clients' various email, SMS, social media and web-based campaigns
    • Develop effective SEO/SEM and content marketing strategies 
    • Collaborate with technology and innovation teams to optimize our online and app user experience
    • Partner with member engagement team to develop robust member campaign offerings to promote with 2nd.MD clients and health plan partners
    • Measure performance of all digital marketing and social media campaigns
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Solid writing, project management, communication and presentation skills
    • Experience creating content for delivery across email, SMS, social and web, using data to inform content
    • Solid understanding of digital tools, technologies and trends 
    • Highly organized, self-directed and resourceful 
    • Superior attention to detail 
    • Healthcare, consulting or agency experience desired

    Education/Training:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business preferred)
    • 3+ years of driving digital campaign strategy and digital campaign management
    • Health care system, wellness programs/products or insurance experience is a plus
