    Position Summary

    The Returns Receiver I performs all activities related to the accurate and timely receiving of returned products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures proper documentation, system updates, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Prepare returned products for receiving.
    • Match actual product to associated documentation.
    • Record transactions accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
    • Research and resolve discrepancies between product and documentation.
    • Respond to internal and external requests regarding receiving data or issues.
    • Follow all company and customer safety standards.
    • Report unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel.
    • Perform additional related warehouse duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • 0–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word).
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Customer-service driven mindset.
    • Strong team player.

    Physical & Work Requirements

    • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
    • Ability to read, write, and interpret information.
    • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
    • Ability to use hands to handle or feel products.
    • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for the duration of the shift.
    • Visual acuity to perform essential job functions.
    • Full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
