Assembly / Deburring / Packaging Technician

Brooklyn Park, MN | Contract or Direct | $22 - $28/hour

3:00 pm-1:30 am M-TH

Position Overview
This role supports manufacturing operations by preparing finished components for shipment. The technician will perform hands-on assembly, deburring, inspection, and packaging tasks while maintaining quality, accuracy, and a safe work environment. This position reports to the area lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Deburr machined components using pneumatic and manual hand tools
• Demagnetize, wash, and package metal parts per work instructions
• Perform final assembly and/or visual inspection prior to shipment
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts for outbound orders
• Process work orders and track time/material using barcode scanning systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
• Assist with other production-related duties as needed

Skills & Experience

• Previous assembly, deburring, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Quality or inspection experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills required
• Shipping and receiving experience a plus
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain attention to detail
