    Position Summary

    We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Onsite Coordinator (Spanish/English) to support our warehouse operations in Norcross, GA. The Onsite Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for employees during the shift, ensuring smooth attendance tracking, employee support, and effective communication between the workforce and warehouse management.

    Spanish fluency is required for this position.

    Pay: $16 per hour

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist employees with daily clock-in and clock-out procedures.
    • Maintain accurate sign-in and sign-out records.
    • Serve as the onsite representative for employee questions, concerns, and support.
    • Communicate company policies, procedures, and updates to employees in both English and Spanish.
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with warehouse employees and management.
    • Partner closely with the warehouse manager to address staffing needs, attendance issues, and employee concerns.
    • Monitor attendance and report tardiness, absences, or other workforce issues.
    • Conduct employee check-ins and provide excellent customer service to associates.
    • Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure all required paperwork is completed.
    • Promote a positive work environment and help improve employee engagement and retention.
    • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling employee matters.

    Qualifications

    • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
    • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, warehouse operations, human resources, or employee relations preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport with employees and management.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
    • Proficient with basic computer systems, email, and attendance tracking software.
    • Dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
