Full-Time | Immediate Opening | Monday–Thursday

MLC Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, motivated 2nd Shift Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team in Spring Lake, Michigan. This is a full-time opportunity working a four-day workweek in a fast-paced sheet metal manufacturing environment.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

Assist with laser breakout, removing and organizing cut parts

Help operate and run parts on a press brake

Provide assistance with resistance welding as needed

Perform general production and manufacturing duties

Inspect parts for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Work cooperatively with team members to keep production moving efficiently

Follow safety procedures and production instructions

Qualifications

Manufacturing or production experience preferred

Experience with laser cutting, metal forming, fabrication, or press brake operations is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
