Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000

Shift: Second Shift

Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee 2nd shift operations at our facility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day activities across warehouse functions, leading a team, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, solid leadership experience, and a focus on operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations during 2nd shift

Provide leadership and guidance to team members

Support safety, quality, and productivity goals

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely workflow

Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee shipping/receiving functions

Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse supervision or similar leadership role

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working on-site during 2nd shift hours

Forklift certification or experience is a plus
