    Job Description

    POSITION TITLE -INTERN

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    ·         Work virtually with clients throughout the US

    ·         Learn and work with cutting-edge technologies 

    ·         Gain knowledge about industries such as healthcare, retail, insurance, manufacturing, etc 

    ·         Collaborate with a team to help design and architect robust data and analytical solutions for clients 

    ·         Work directly with clients to understand and document their business and technology requirements 

    ·         Design, code, and test data centric solutions 

    ·         Shadow other 2nd Watch consultants 

    ·         Contribute significantly to the growth of 2nd Watch and our clients

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS

    ·         Junior in College (will consider other levels if right fit)  

    ·         Working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in; computer science, information systems, or a related technical field 

    ·         Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale 

    ·         Desire to learn new and unfamiliar technologies 

    ·         Polished written and oral communication skills 

    ·         Authorized to work in the United States 

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE 

    • Previous technology and/or consulting internship experience 
    • SQL and database development fundamentals 
    • Experience working in a team setting

    TECHNOLOGY SKILLS 

    • Dimensional and Relational Data Modeling 
    • Database and SQL Development 
    • Dashboard and Report Development 
    • ETL Development 
    • Custom Application Development using object-oriented techniques 
    • Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure Technology and Architecture
