    Who We're Looking For

    We're looking for teachers who bring experience and a passion for helping students succeed. If you have a background in guiding children to meet ambitious goals—or if you're newer to the classroom but can show evidence of your impact through student work or recommendations—we'd love to learn more about you.

    What You'll Do

    In this role, you will:

    • Implement lesson plans aligned with our curriculum and the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS)
    • Deliver engaging instruction across core subjects
    • Use your experience to find strategies that help students grow
    • Analyze student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
    • Create a positive, structured classroom environment where students feel respected and motivated
    • Balance rigorous academics with opportunities for play and exploration
    • Collaborate with colleagues and special education staff to support all learners
    • Communicate regularly with families about student progress
    • Participate in professional development, coaching, and school events

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (required)
    • Texas teaching certificate (preferred but not required)
    • At least one year of successful teaching experience is strongly preferred
    • We prioritize candidates who can show evidence of student success (for example, achievement data, portfolios, or recommendation letters)
    • Commitment to ongoing professional growth
