Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, operations, and clinical positions is a plus.

RECRUITER

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Source create balanced pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals for open requisitions as well as future opportunities. Conduct phone interviews, in-person meetings, reference checks and assisting candidates in identifying ideal opportunities

· Actively seek out active and passive job seekers using whatever means necessary - including, job boards, cold calls, job fairs, social media, etc.

· Work directly with sales team and clients to ensure successful matching of candidates skills to client requirements.

· Multi-tasking and balancing a heavy work-load in addition to filling open positions

· Organize and track candidate progress using our Applicant Tracking System and CRM platforms.

You must feel confident building positive relationships with colleagues, candidates and employees you both within your active and passive networks

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

· Although this has the ability to be partially remote, candidates must be based in, or planning to relocate to, Denver, CO

· Minimum, 2-3 years' of heavy volume healthcare, agency recruiting/staffing experience.

· Bachelor's Degree preferred

· Strong technological skills, including the ability to work within multiple platforms

· Detail-oriented, organized and highly motivated

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with both candidates and clients, including working in a full-desk environment.

Must enjoy working in a highly volatile, high-stress environment.
