    We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities: Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, and market trends • Be able to ink deals over the phone (strong sales, customer service, and negotiation skills needed) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Must have a strong sales background or desire to be great in sales, negotiation, and customer service • Gym, insurance, auto, solar, or background of selling over the phone is desired • Strong work ethic Compensation: $150,000+ yearly
