The 317 Elite Sales Team is seeking personable & energetic candidates to join our sales team and cross-train in all aspects of sales, customer service & our training systems. Our core is people helping people, and we believe in equipping our staff with an extensive knowledge of business skills in order to promote our management roles 100% from within.

Our set work schedule is Thursday-Monday, we do offer some flexibility for specific situations and should be brought to our managements knowledge team during the interview process.
We operate on a hybrid office schedule, three times a week (M/Th/F) we met in office for our morning meetings and two times a week (Sa/Su) we conduct these virtually. The job itself is 100% in person, so comfortably speaking with customers face to face is a must.

Responsibilities for the position:

• Customer qualifications and price quotes for client services
• Complete sales contracts with customers directly
• Provide quality presentations which are tailored to customers individual needs
• Be the point of contact after the sale to handle customer needs
• Meet and exceed sales goals, working with senior trainers to increase KPIs
• Gain training in business management and operations
