CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We have an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative for a Sacramento manufacturer. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assistant customers with products and services; identifying their needs and ensuring instructions and information are submitted accurately
· Making follow up calls
· Written communication
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
· Act as liaison to vendors and customers
· General office tasks such as filing, ordering office supplies, etc.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Knowledge and interest in learning new computer systems
· Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
· 3 years’ experience in retail, admin, or customer service preferred
(Admin support, office clerk, clerical skills, customer service, MS Word, MS Excel, account management, coordinator, vendor management)
