    Job Description

     

    We have an immediate opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant to facilitate a variety of administrative responsibilities. This person must be eager, friendly and professional. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and positive personality. This is a multi-faceted position in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must be organized, customer service oriented, have attention to detail, and be able to prioritize to succeed. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    · Phone support and professional email correspondence.

    · General clerical duties such as filing, faxing, ordering supplies, and making copies.

    · Assist with the new hire onboarding process.

    · Document management, compliance, and retention knowledge.

    · Data entry and the utilization of a data base system.

    · Other duties as required.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · 3-5 years of recent Administrative experience supporting Human Resources.

    · Intermediate to Advanced level proficiency with Word and Excel.

    · Ability to multitask and handle various tasks.

    · Ability to work well independently.

    · Interpersonal and good communicative skills.
