Operations Coordinator – Contractor's Licensing Renewals, Construction

We have an immediate opportunity for a Licensing Coordinator in Los Angeles County. This is an exciting opportunity with a National Utility Company that offers excellent pay and benefits!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement & maintain state licenses and renewals for Contractor’s licenses throughout the U.S.
• Research, track, manage license renewals and new/existing license submissions
• Renew and apply for contractors’ licenses for up to 500 licenses in multiple states
• Complete license applications for approval and submission; obtain required signatures as needed; upload business license documents
• Monitor and document licenses as renewals are approved and received per state
• Assist & resolve licensing issues; maintain current knowledge of state laws and licensing practices
• Update business license documents
• Organize & maintain filing systems for all local business licenses & registrations
• Communicate across all business sectors as needed
• Maintain current knowledge of industry practices; research and update current licensing policies per state laws

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of related experience in the construction industry
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials
