Receptionist/Customer Care Representative – Sacramento, CA

We have an immediate need for a Receptionist/Customer Care Representative in the Sacramento area to provide support to the management team. This position requires intermediate computer skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with and without direct supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones

• Greeting customers

• Assistant customers with products and services; identifying their needs and ensuring order instructions and information are submitted accurately

• Making follow up calls

• Written communication

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendar

• Act as liaison to vendors and customers

• General office tasks – such as filing, ordering office supplies, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Knowledge and interest in learning new computer systems

• Standard office equipment (computers, copiers, phones)

• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• 3 years’ experience in retail, admin, or customer service preferred
