Job Description

Financial Analyst (Entry Level) – Remote position available to California and Oregon residents only.

We have an immediately opportunity for a Accounting Assistant, remote position. This individual requires experience with cash flow utilizing excel. Must be detail oriented.

Primary responsibilities:

• Extensive Data Entry

• Ability to use 10-Key efficiently

• Journal entries and account reconciliations

• Audit invoices, timesheets and other supporting documentation.

• Quality Assurance and Quality Control of (QA/QC) documentation

• Review contracts and vendor agreements to ensure accuracy of invoices

• Heavy use of Excel

• Other accounting related duties as assigned

Education & Requirements

• 3 years + relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Mathematics

• Minimum intermediate level experience with Excel (ability to standardize format, formulas, vlookup function, create pivot tables, etc.)

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.)

• Advanced in Microsoft TEAMS and other virtual meeting applications

• Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy in high volume processing and proofreading

• Able and willing to work under challenging deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Trustworthiness in working with confidential data

• Experience in invoice analysis and account reconciliations
