Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Work Order Coordinator to join our team. The Work Order Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance requests and work orders for our managed properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: • Receive and review maintenance requests and work orders submitted by tenants, property owners, and internal staff. • Prioritize and schedule work orders based on urgency and property needs. • Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance activities. • Communicate with tenants and property owners to provide updates on the status of work orders and resolve any issues or concerns. • Ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting quality standards and budgetary requirements. • Maintain accurate records of work orders, including documentation of work performed, costs incurred, and any follow-up actions required. • Monitor and follow up on outstanding work orders to ensure prompt resolution. • Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize future issues. Compensation: $60,000 yearly
