We’re expanding our real estate brokerage and looking for a full-time real estate managing broker who can help turn our entire team of real estate agents into top producers. You’ll be responsible for overseeing organizational operations, training new agents, and ensuring that we meet our company goals. Responsibilities: Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale • Ensuring conformance to office profit and strategic plans and production goals, with minimal negative deviation. • Developing and executing methodologies for enhancing office profitability, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. • Promoting a positive company image through the provision of superior customer service to our clients and associates. • Stimulating increased production and greater usage of resources and related products and services. • Ensuring that the office is staffed at optimum levels by effective and well-trained individuals who are capable of making a positive contribution to the achievement of established goals. • Meet routinely with all Associates for coaching and mentoring sessions that show a positive increase in production Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent Must have a managing broker’s license Superb customer service and communication skills The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance Compensation: $75,000 yearly
