Job Description
We are seeking an Office Service and Inspection Coordinator to join our team! You will perform important clerical, administrative and communication functions in order to maintain our Company's excellence. You will work with our Service Techs, our Clients as well as Executives in a professional, casual and friendly environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Schedule inspection and repair appointments
- Input invoices and work orders (Quickbooks)
- Create estimates and Invoices (Quickbooks)
- Answer inbound and execute outbound telephone calls
- Maintain and implement organized filing systems
- Perform other important office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Experience in QuickBooks, is a must!
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Excellent written, organizational and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Natural ability to multitask
