    Excellent Pay and Benefits

    Compensation will be performance driven by commission and bonus potential. iPad and computer supplied. flexible scheduling. Logo and branding material all provided. You will be supplemented on your income for the first 2 months.

    Purpose

    Shows up on job site; greets the homeowner; requests to walk around the property.

    Asks the customer questions and makes recommendations.

    Generates the quote and submits it to the customer.

    Qualifications

    Previous construction or trade experience Plus

    Previous Sales plus

    Able to handle rejection.

    Customer Service Experience

    Excellent presentation skills

    Excellent computer skills

    Responsibilities

    Controls all sales functions.

    Completes estimates/proposals for work.

    Initiates lead generation programs.

    Weekly Goal setting and reviews/Report data to office manager/ownerCombine with GSR #1 - Weekly email of good and bads for the week. What you learned what you did good what you did badly.

    Meet a 40 percent or better success rate (If not, then what/How long is probationary period?

    Attend 3 to 5 networking actions/group or meetings a week. /continued outreach to include real estate offices, designers, contractors, b2b partners (lunches)

    Be in proper uniform

    Home shows/Role? - Main representative driving leads and client/prospect activity.

    Hang flyers and door hangers.

    Review request and follow-ups. (Thank you cards)

    Develop and maintain working relationships with sales, office staff and vendors(vendor relations group with networking #4?)

    Ensures that customer needs/expectations are reviewed (When/at what stage/how?)

    Ensures that the Job Site Supervisor (JSS) is clear on the scope of the job. How is that communicated?

    Participates in meetings, committees, educational opportunities, etc. as requested/required

    Ensures administrative duties are complete promptly, including maintaining all data (lead profiles, job profiles, proposals, etc.) in the database and preparing reports/documentation as required (KPI’s)

    Helps with marketing, including completing a Territory Marketing Plan each month, ensuring that lawn signs/door hangars are distributed within a territory, and participating in all company-sponsored Home Shows

    Must have

    Must have reliable transportation, a current driver’s license and carry auto insurance

    Must pass a criminal background check and screening process
