    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Project Manager to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to develop a great career with a growing company. We are currently looking for an outgoing individual, eager to own all production responsibilities and provide customers with an excellent experience.

    The Project Manager will lead the production areas of 360 Painting of Cincinnati. This role will be responsible for managing crews, planning, coordinating & communicating job production with clients, foremen and sales / territory managers. The role will maintain supply inventory and organize supply purchasing to maximize profitability, and perform other related duties as required.

    Duties:

    Diligent customer follow-up & customer communication

    Ensuring accuracy and clearly defined project parameters (for all parties)

    Responsible for project oversight (including project coordination with appropriate parties, scheduling, and communication with the customer, managing customer expectations, overseeing painter teams, and ensuring customers satisfaction upon project completion)

    Recruit, interview, and hire painters

    Oversee crews and all aspects of production

    Ensure all necessary materials are at each jobsite daily

    Manage production schedule: assign crews to each job, timelines, inform and ensure alignment with customers

    Open and Close jobs with crews and customer (including final walk through with client)

    Perform field visits to ensure high quality work and customer satisfaction

    Provide an extraordinary customer experience, managing customer concerns and complaints in a positive and professional manner

    Hold meetings with painters and staff as needed to review safety policies, provide additional coaching, and to ensure goals are getting hit.

    Manage inventory of supplies and paint

    Control material and labor costs

    Collect payments from customers

    Performs administrative responsibilities in a timely manner – Customer follow up, updated work orders, daily job checkups, KPI tracking, estimating on the spot for upselling, etc.

    Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

    Participation in industry events and tradeshows

    Qualifications:

    High school degree or equivalent required. College degree is a plus.

    Strong verbal/written skills. Spanish intermediate proficiency is necessary.

    Residential and Commercial painting experience preferred

    Basic math skills

    Exceptional customer service skills

    Computer and internet skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail and G Suite programs mid-level skills

    Strong Leadership skills

    Willing and able to work weekly hours (early mornings and late evenings) and at least 2 Saturdays/month

    Transportation suitable for 360 Painting sales use, including unrestricted driver’s license

    Must pass a criminal background check and drug test

    Job Type: Full-time

    Compensation:

    Salary Position

    $45,000.00+ per year (based on experience)
