    Job Description:

    360 Painting is a well-known, fast growing national paint company specializing in residential and commercial re-repaints, which has been featured as Entrepreneur Magazine’s top-ranked painting company in 2018 & 2019. 360° Painting seeks experienced Production Manager to perform supervisory duties and directing the activities of employees in the performance of business operations to include performing sales appointments, hiring painters, overseeing the production of our work, collecting payments, inventory management, schedule management, and anything required to get jobs produced on time, with high quality and exceptional customer satisfaction. Must possess strong communication skills, be a self-starter, have proficient computer skills, able to quote jobs to customers in a timely manner, lead a team of employees/sub-contractors in scheduling work, keeping a schedule, making sure the crews have the proper product and equipment for the work day, ordering product, problem solving, and general duties of the selling and painting. This is a scalable management position with the ratio of production to supervision activities based on business growth and operational tempo.     Key Responsibilities and Duties:

    Recruit, interview, and hire painters, including controlling material and labor costs

    Maintain oversight over all sub-contractors, employees, and production

    Ensure all necessary materials are at each jobsite daily

    Manage the production schedule

    Communicate and report daily with employees, customers, and owner

    Oversee crews and all aspects of production

    Complete estimates following our proven sales process

    Track KPI’s through weekly performance reports

    Hold meetings with painters and staff as needed to review safety policies, provide

    additional coaching, and to ensure goals places are being met and excelled

    Provide an extraordinary customer experience

    Perform field visits to ensure high quality work and customer satisfaction

    Ensures compliance with all security, safety and environmental regulations and policies within work area always, specifically Osha &amp EPA compliance. This includes properly addressing issues through action or reporting issues and concern

    Complete necessary administrative paperwork and duties

    Required Skills and Attributes:

    Previous experience in the residential/ commercial paint field - knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment and supplies

    Ability to learn and teach new processes

    Ability to plan, implement and direct field activities

    Ability to manage a business, its team, and all assets that follow

    Strong computer and software skills – including scheduling and dispatch management systems

    Ability to train and motivate subordinates

    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and general public

    Customer service-oriented outlook on business

    Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and report daily with employees, customers, and owner.

    Be a self-starter with the ability to organize multiple projects, manage rapidly shifting priorities andproduce tangible, measurable results

    Advanced problem-solving skills

    Must be able to respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and be punctual

    Mechanical aptitude – knowledge and skilled in using various hand and power tools

    Basic business math and good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate activities with all levels of management

    Must have valid drivers' license with good driving record and be insurable

    Must be high energy, with sales ability, and the ability to handle rejection

    Education

    High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3+ years of management experience that would provide the skills and abilities that is necessary to complete the job.

    College degree preferred

    Physical Demands

    Requires frequently: Standing, lifting of 50+ lbs., Carrying 50+ lbs., walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, reaching above and below shoulder level; full use of hands, good finger dexterity, lifting from floor to waist and twisting of torso. Also includes working in cramped spaces, on ladders, and with power tools and perform manual labor in outside environment, exposed to heat, sun, high humidity, rain and other adverse weather conditions
