Company Overview:

We have been featured as Entrepreneur Magazine’s top-ranked painting company in 2018 & 2019. 360° Painting seeks local Sales Representatives to perform customer consultations/appointments following our proven sales process.
Responsibilities:
Manage the sales flow for all inbound leads
Initiate lead generation programs
Attend networking events and BNI
Schedule estimates for leads as they are generated
Complete sales appointments following our proven sales process
Follow up with all work not landed on the spot
Track KPI’s through weekly performance reports
Provide an extraordinary customer experience
Perform field visits to ensure high quality work and customer satisfaction
Serve as a point of contact for customers
Complete necessary administrative paperwork and duties
Attend weekly review meetings with Owner as scheduled
Report necessary information to Owner of 360 Painting of Northwest Fort Worth
Required Skills and Attributes:
Strong Communication skills are a must
Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule
Basic computer and software skills are needed
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
Be a self-starter and self-motivated
Must be a problem solver
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have a valid drivers' license with good driving record and be insurable
High Energy and Durability
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of job-related work experience
College degree preferred but not required
Painting experience is a plus
