As a fast-growing team, we're seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter who understands the technical and commercial demands of this space and is excited to help shape our firm from the ground up.
You'll be a core contributor, owning client relationships, driving full-cycle searches, and refining our playbook as we scale. You'll work closely with founders and senior technologists at elite hedge funds and quant trading firms to fill critical roles in quant research, systematic trading, data science, and software engineering. This role demands commercial savvy, enough technical fluency to engage top-tier talent, and the ability to thrive in the autonomy and ambiguity of a startup environment, offering a unique opportunity to impact our growth and success.

What You'll Do_**
- Full-Desk Searches : Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and quant roles, including Quant Research, Systematic Trading, Data Science, and Software Engineering.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture partnerships with senior stakeholders, such as CTOs, Heads of Research, and Talent Acquisition Teams, to understand and meet their hiring needs.
- Talent Sourcing : Source, engage, and qualify top technical talent, often passive and highly selective, using advanced headhunting techniques.
- Candidate Navigation : Assess complex candidate profiles and articulate niche opportunities with depth and clarity to attract and retain elite talent.
- Process Guidance : Guide candidates through the entire recruitment journey, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Strategic Contribution : Shape our internal strategy on recruitment tooling, processes, and go-to-market approaches as we scale our operations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience : 2–10 years of 360/full-desk recruiting experience, with a strong focus on headhunting technical or quantitative talent.
- Industry Expertise : Proven success working with hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or deeply technical hiring environments.
- Commercial Drive : Strong commercial instincts, relentless drive, and an ownership mentality to deliver results.
- Startup Fit : Comfortable in a fast-moving, unstructured, and entrepreneurial setting, with the ability to adapt and prioritize effectively.
- Background : Search firm or agency experience with a track record of client-facing success.
