RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques
- Function as a consultative partner to hiring managers by conducting thoughtful intake sessions, presenting sourcing strategies, and providing recommendations for the business
- Meet time-to-fill deadlines and monthly offer and hire targets
- Formulate and execute strategic sourcing methods to build a pipeline of passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, social media channels, local networks, employee referrals and other creative sources
- Act as a brand ambassador for our clients to increase awareness of their organization and job opportunities
- Extend offers and accurately document recruiting activities within our client’s applicant tracking system and/or candidate tracking documents
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Full Life Cycle recruitment experience
- Recruitment experience within the SOLAR INDUSTRY strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates
- Experience with SuccessFactors & JazzHR applicant tracking systems preferred
- Ability to thrive in a metrics driven work environment
- Familiar with pertinent employment laws and related compliance issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work within Central Time Zone or Pacific Time Zone standard operating hours
- Must be located within Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia
