Purpose
Assists the franchisee in purchasing materials, data entry, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assists in obtaining licenses, permits, and insurance.
Handles all vehicle and equipment maintenance scheduling and records.
Qualifications
Previous clerical experience a plus
Responsibilities
Provides direct marketing sales support with strong telephone skills.
Fields incoming calls.
Handles a variety of administrative duties.
Performs basic bookkeeping functions.
Maintains inventory of office supplies.
Ensures efficient operation of office equipment.
