Job Description
As a Sales Associate for NAKEDCASHMERE, your main responsibility will be to offer exceptional customer service to everyone who steps into our store. We aim to exceed customer expectations and leave a positive lasting impression. Our customers are our #1 priority and sales associates are to give their undivided attention and create meaningful interactions with clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Demonstrate full product knowledge of brand (product features, price points, fabrications, fit, promo codes)
● Full knowledge of stock availabilities and sell outs.
● Work minimum 40 hours per week
● Maintain shop appearance at all times, keeping our space organized, clean and well presented.
● Ensure merchandise is tagged and finger spaced.
● Complete all store transactions: new orders, returns, exchanges.
● Help one client at a time.
● Clean up and recover after helping a client before moving onto the next task.
● In instances where you need to start breaks or step off the floor, sales associates are to pass over the client to the next available person to help.
● Provide exceptional customer service. Maintain a professional demeanor, and presentation.
● Contribute to shop clientele book.
● Complete opening and closing checklist
● Be in company uniform during work shifts.
● Report to Keyholders and/or store managers.

REQUIREMENTS
● High school diploma
● 1-3 years retail sales experience
● Professional appearance
● In depth knowledge of fashion and knitwear
● Working knowledge of POS payment systems
