We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual for the DAY PORTER Position at a large office building in North Charleston. An individual who takes pride and ownership in their work. A dependable team member who is detail oriented and able to work independently. If this sounds like you, then we could be a great fit for you.

Job Duties:

Ability to work around facility tenants.

Sweep or Vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors

Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls

Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap

Clean entrance glass and other interior and exterior door glass.

Remove trash from containers inside and exterior surrounding areas of building , replace torn or soiled liners.

Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners

Clean exterior employee lounging area.

Work effectively with other team members, restocking supplies for evening crew.

Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures - including safety, door lock, time & attendance and uniform policies

Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License

Ability to work independently, minimum supervision

Reliable Transportation

Must be able to pass a background check
