360clean is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator (FBC) to be a key contributor to our franchise business development process. We are looking for someone who will be the first point of contact in guiding prospects through the initial screening stages and determining if they are a good fit for 360clean.

It is important that, as our Inside sales coordinator, you clearly understand that you will be responsible for connecting interested buyers with the Business Development Team and assisting in the steps of becoming a 360clean Owner-Operator.

Essential Duties Responsibilities

Qualification Calls – Serve as the gatekeeper to ensure candidates are a good fit for our brand and are professionally and financially qualified.

Call Volume Management – Place on average between 25 and 50 outbound calls daily to leads that self-qualify through our various marketing channels.

Lead Pipeline Management – Ownership of the follow-up sales process through phone calls, emails and text messages.

Guidance - Guide prospects through an Introduction Process and schedule meetings for our Business Development team with qualified prospects.

Sales Assistance - Assist the Business Development Team with calendar management and scheduling/rescheduling meetings.

Feedback – You will provide regular feedback to help continually improve processes and goal achievement.

WILLINGNESS to learn about 360clean and the commercial cleaning industry.

EXPERIENCE in phone sales and/or customer service.

CRM EXPERIENCE

MICROSOFT product experience.
