360clean, a local commercial cleaning franchise, is now hiring a Custodian and Floor Technician.

We are looking for a Custodian and Floor Technician who takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and is able to work independently.

Custodian and Floor Technician Job Duties:

Sweep or Vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors

Dust work surfaces, furniture and other horizontal and vertical surfaces

Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls

Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap

Clean entrance glass and other interior glass

Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners

Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners

Work effectively with other team members

Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures - including safety, door lock, time & attendance and uniform policies

Custodian and Floor Technician Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License

Reliable Transportation

The following experience is required:

Buffers

Burnishers

Carpet extractors

Walk Behind

Scrubbers

Floor Stripping and Waxing

Types of flooring within the property:

Carpet Cleaning

VCT Tile

Ceramic Tile

Custodian and Floor Technician Requirements:

Be able to work independently

Physically able to walk, stand, repetitive bend forward, push/pull objects, repetitive lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs, kneeling down, reaching & grasping repetitive arm movements, and occasional climbing with or without reasonable accommodation.
