    Job Description

    360i is looking for an Integrated Associate Media Manager to join our growing integrated planning team. This person must have the ambition to take the bull by the horns and want to learn, grow and partner with the best in class. As an Associate Media Manager, you will support the team through a wide-range of projects and tasks which help move larger projects and strategies forward. The Associate Media Manager will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed on time, on budget, and within strategy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    MEDIA PLANNING AND EXECUTION:

    • Assists the team in strategy development
    • Owns and monitors all agency/client budget and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness, including flowcharts and budget management across all channels
    • Reviews campaign summary/analysis from teams
    • Assists in the compilation of data, extraction of insights and tactical execution as needed
    • Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of agency’s resources, in order to evaluate recommendations before they are delivered to the Client
    • Proactively finds new ways to build the client’s business and grow account
    • Participates in meetings autonomously and with a larger team as needed
    • Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
    • Monitors workflow and resources needed to successfully manage the account
    • Assists in all aspects of campaign execution including: tagging, trafficking, and partner communications

    ASSISTANT MEDIA MANAGERS DEMONSTRATE:

    • Knowledge of media tools including competitive tools (ie: Nielsen AdIntel), MediaTools and/or syndicated research resources like MRI/Simmons Careful execution and strong attention to detail
    • Passion for innovation and excellence in media
    • Strong attention to detail and proven time management/organizational skills
    • Speed and efficiency; sense of responsibility, persistency and follow-through
    • Ease and confidence speaking and participating in media discussions with internal team and clients
    • The ability to work with cross functional teams
    • Excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation and analytical skills
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 6 months+ relevant experience required
    • Proficient in Excel, strong PowerPoint skills
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent experience/knowledge
    • Aptitude for thinking analytically, critically, and seeing "big picture"
    • Understanding of basic mathematical concepts and Excel and Powerpoint are a plus
    • Knowledge of traditional and digital channels a plus to start, a requirement to learn upon hire
