Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, in-office role that serves as a critical link between our sales team, customers, and day-to-day business operations. You will report directly to ownership and play a key role in keeping the business running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Support and coordinate with both outside and inside sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Oversee shipping and receiving of all orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Manage day-to-day office and warehouse operations

Monitor and track order fulfillment from placement through delivery

Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and vendors

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements

Report directly to ownership with regular updates on operational performance

Assist in developing and maintaining operational procedures and policies

Qualifications

Proven experience in an operations, logistics, or office management role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication skills — ability to work closely with sales teams and customers

Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management preferred

Familiarity with industrial, technical, or manufacturing environments is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software

Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Compensation & Details

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Location: 8531 S. Freeway Dr., Macedonia, OH 44056

Schedule: Full-time | On-site, Monday–Friday (This is an in-office position — remote work is not available)
